1. About the service
GameTopUp is an online storefront for digital game top-ups and related products. We connect you with an available payment channel and, after confirmation, arrange delivery to the player details you submit. We are not the publisher or owner of the games shown in the catalog.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and make purchases in your location. Keep your account credentials and email inbox secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for providing accurate player information. We may suspend an account involved in fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
3. Products and prices
Product names, images, availability and prices are displayed for the selected game and currency. We may correct an obvious pricing or catalog error before accepting an order. A product becomes unavailable if its game, payment channel or fulfillment route is disabled.
4. Orders and payment
An order is created when you submit checkout details. Payment is completed through the provider and channel you select. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees, exchange rates or verification steps. An order remains pending until we receive a successful payment confirmation; duplicate submissions may create separate orders.
5. Digital delivery
Delivery is made to the player ID, server, role name or other game fields entered at checkout. Review these details carefully before paying. We may place a paid order in manual review when fraud checks, provider confirmation or game-side processing requires it. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by maintenance or events outside our control.
6. Changes, refunds and failed delivery
Because digital products can be consumed immediately, refunds and cancellations depend on whether processing has started and on applicable law. Contact support promptly with your order number if a payment is duplicated, an order fails or the delivery does not appear. We will investigate the payment and fulfillment records and communicate the available remedy.
7. Rewards points
Points are promotional credits recorded on your account after eligible payment confirmation. The earning rate and any exclusions are shown on the Rewards page and may change prospectively. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be reversed when an order is refunded or found to be fraudulent.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the store to launder funds, test stolen payment methods, interfere with checkout, impersonate another person, submit malicious content or violate game publisher rules. You must not attempt to access another user's account or bypass security controls.
9. Intellectual property
The GameTopUp interface, branding, text and original artwork belong to us or our licensors. Game names, logos and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. These terms do not grant a license to copy, modify or redistribute protected content.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but the store may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or events beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, GameTopUp is not responsible for indirect losses caused by a game publisher, payment provider, incorrect player details or unauthorized use of your account.
11. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account, order and technical information. We may send transactional messages about verification, payment and delivery. Support communications should be sent through the contact details published by the site and must not include passwords or full payment credentials.
12. Changes to these terms
